I appreciate the work Lius did. He explained everything and worked efficiently. He deserves a 10. He cleaned carpet in 5 rooms and hall. He also cleaned 2 cloth chairs and tile in entry way and kitchen and around area rug. This is the second time I used Zerorez. I will use again. The price is good.

Fast, friendly service and the air duct cleaning was completed to my expectation.

We had requested a window of 10 to 12pm. with a call approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival. When it became 12 pm. and no contact had been received, I called and received apologies for this oversight with a promise someone would arrive in 20 minutes. In fact the technician did arrive in 19 minutes. He set up quickly and worked industriously and thoroughly. Initial appearance of the carpet is satisfactory.

Alex was really great. Extremely courteous, very detail oriented, and explained everything from start to finish on how he would work through the house. Gave feedback after his work and offered up additional services that we ended up using with an area rug. Price was good for what we had cleaned. Alex was a big part of my satisfaction.

There is no soapy residue left behind! One suggfestionL: I wish Chris had brought her black light with her before she started; I have one and thoroughly went over all areas in each room looking for stains and actually found a large one in the Master bedroom that I was able to show her before she started cleaning. Having a black light is critical for a landlord that had a cat living there during the last tenancy; we need to know if there are any urine or vomit stains before the final accounting is done. I also wish that the invoice showed that a black light was used and no stains from urine or vomit were found.
