The stain came out and the odor gone! Jesse, the technician was absolutely fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and very professional. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I 10/10 recommend Jesse and will be requesting him when I book again in the near future. I had multiple services done by Zerorez on May 11th. Michael cleaned my air vents and my dryer vent, He did an outstanding job. The air vent service is a little pricey, and I'm not sure everyone is able to afford that service. Jose cleaned my carpets, and he did an outstanding job getting the deep dust buildup cleaned out. I will definitely recommend your carpet cleaning service.
