Really great communication before the appointment and a personal visit afterward to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. There were some areas that need to be redone and they will be out soon to do that.

I’ve had them clean, upholstery and I am never ever disappointed one of their service. Tex even went above and beyond by getting on his hands and knees to scrub the slime off a little area in the carpet, which I was kind of very, very impressed. I highly highly recommend this company.

Fast, easy carpet cleaning

My carpets look great! They were cleaned so professionally and I have had other companies clean my carpets but was never happy with how they turned out. I will only use Zerorez from now on! Thanks Zerorez!!

I like that they are a bit flexible with what they will clean. They will try to upsell you on some items, but they do a good job of explaining why and they will take “no” for an answer. They are on time and efficient.

Zerorez is awesome. I have older carpets and they come thru and make them look and feel great. The worker is friendly and efficient. I recommend zerorez to everyone.

Ease of scheduling, excellent cleaning

The solution they used to clean my carpet in my home whick wasn't saturated with water and my luxury vinyl flooring wasn't wet after the process.

In addition, my outdoor pillows came to life after one cleaning and so did my loveseat, sofa and single chair inside the house.

Last, I like the drying time of 6-8 hours. I highly recommend this company.

Jaden rocks. He's very thorough and efficient. Hard working young man that takes pride in his work, and that's rare these days.

There are no harsh chemicals. They rinse the carpet and get the water out through water extraction. It dries in less than a day and it isn’t crunchy with residue. It’s fantastic and the room smells clean. The guy that was here (I forget his name) was really nice and worked very hard for us. He did a good job. We love the special 3 rooms for $129 (or less sometimes). I always use ZeroRez and will call again when my carpet needs it.

I used Zerorez twice to clean the carpets, in areas with very bad stains. They also looked worn. I had two different technicians. Both - Paul - and Alberto - cleaned the carpets so that they looked new. The the carpets are over 25 years old. Both technicians did an excellent job and were politee . Alberto even moved a couple pieces of furniture. The carpet really looks great - give it about 12 - 24 hours to dry. Zerorez is my new go-to for carpet cleaning. Keep up the great job!
