The Technician called when he was on his way to my house, and arrived within a few minutes from what he had stated. Very polite and professional, came in and verified what I wanted done, then got right to work. Also, he cleaned up the water that was on the floor from the edges of the carpet.

the service was fine, waiting to see if the dust is under control and then I will know if it was worth it. If I had not received the discount, I would not have purchased the service. Also you should tell the customer that you do not accept checks ahead of time.

I like that my couch was deeply cleaned and the stains came out...doggy stains and smell. I was grateful that the technition also explained to me the process and expectations before starting to clean.
But to my surprise...he did an AMAZING job...he got all the stains out and it looked amazing!
I would like to personally thank him...he worked so hard and I appreciate his time and energy.
I am so glad I called and will definately be calling again!
