Twice I’ve had zerorez clean my carpets. Both employees were informative with their texts re arrival time. They were efficient in getting the job done. The first tech got out stains I thought were forever. Wasn’t quite as bad when the second guy came a year later.

That Kyle appeared right on time, and that he was thorough with the cleaning. And that when the carpet eventually dried it wasn't crunchy as I had experienced with other carpet cleaners! Also there was no lingering fragrance!
