Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company I have relied on for the past 15 years. Professional trustworthy technicians will inspect carpet before cleaning and provide applicable recommendations. Carpet dries quickly, with no odor,, no residue, no toxic chemicals.
I feel like the two gentlemen that came were very thoughtful and careful to do a good job. I am very happy with my service day-of.
The frustrating part was that booking asked me the number of units that I had, but when the gentlemen arrived, I was told I had to pay extra for extra zones (this was NOT a question on the website) and then I also had to pay extra for dryer cleaning, which on the website seemed like it was part of the whole house duct cleaning, and only extra if you were ONLY doing the dryer vents. Probably will not use ZEROREZ again for hidden costs. It was almost 2X what I had originally budgeted for the service.

This is my second experience with Zerorez for air duct cleaning, and once again, I had an excellent experience. I requested technician Bryan, as he did a great job the first time, and once again he delivered excellent customer service and cleaning.
Ease of appointment scheduling and timeliness of technician. Carpet cleaning has always been good. Technician knowledgeable of tile and grout cleaning and results were very good.
