Greyson was fantastic! He was very considerate, courteous, and great with our kids. And our carpets have never been this clean!! Everything dried very quickly, and I feel confident in letting my littles hang out on the carpet without worrying about being exposed to harmful chemicals from the cleaners.

This was the second time we used Zero Rez Las Vegas. Our service rep's name was Zach. He was very courteous and professional. He explained the process and the procedures up front and also gave us different options we had available for service. He was fast and efficient and very careful around the baseboards and wall corners. Zack a had a pleasant and outgoing personality and we enjoyed his work and the job he did. When we need more service, we will diffidently request Zack to do the job.
