We've used Zerorez for years. They consistently do a good job at a reasonable price. On Father's Day we had an unfortunate spill of hot food onto our carpet. We called Zerorez to clean that room. It was a tough challenge and was not as clean as we had hoped. We called again and explained our concern. They were back out 2 days later and re-cleaned the area. Some carpet fibers are damaged from the hot food, but Zerorez has done a great job in cleaning it. Also, the Zerorez employees are well trained, friendly and good communicators. They are a positive reflection on the company.

Zerorez can clean my light grout on my ceramic tile flooring with their powerful equipment and bringing it to almost brand new.

No chemicals is the biggest plus. I have had several rugs cleaned and just this week a couch. The technician was friendly, prompt and did a wonderful job.

Daniel was thorough, a master of his skill, and truly took pride in his work. We were the fortunate recipient of this. Our carpets are older and we have an older pet, so you can imagine the wear. Now, picture a free of coffee stains, tread wear and water spills (our pet is sloppy!).
