Technician was very professional and did a great job. The only issue I had was at the time of booking. Asked about a discount I heard on the radio and was told that the special price was for last month. 2 days later I heard the radio commercial again. Will make me think twice before booking again.
We were very impressed with the way Steve handled this job. He was very polite and professional and he explained everything that he was going to do to try and save our carpet. He explained to us that we should be very careful for around 3-4 hours after he was finished and that some areas would need a little extra time to dry because of how he had to treat certain areas of the carpet due to a lot of soap in the carpet. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and he cleaned up the areas and asked if we had any issues and then he left. Thank you Zerorez for hiring him, he is a professionals professional.
