As a long term user of Zerorez I love the lack of chemicals, the quick drying time and the feel of my clean rugs/carpets under my feet. Thanks to our very conscientious technician Christian who let me know when he’d arrive, exactly what would be done and how much it would cost and checked after cleaning each space to make sure I was happy with the results. I've been using Zerorez's products and services for a couple of years now without any dissatisfaction. I believe that Zerorez's products are second to none when it comes to removing years of tough stains in your carpet. Most importantly, Zerorez's honesty when giving carpet assessments concerning what can and cannot be cleaned helps build trust.
The service was great. Jovanny A was so professional and worked so hard to clean out the stains. This job was a surprise for my daughter who was thrilled to see her outside patio looking like brand new. I would highly recommend him for any job. In fact, I want him to do my carpets.
