My carpet is beautiful when they're done, and this time they actually got cat urine out of some natural stone tile when they cleaned it! It was amazing! They protect your floors by wearing booties and your walls by using protective corners. They clearly explain your estimate and any changes you want to make and how that affects your estimate. We are always very happy with the results we get from Zerorez.

I was well-pleased with how quickly Anna responded to my request for carpet cleaning. Within a couple of days, the appointment was scheduled to include a good price from a current sales promotion. The technician Sid, called and came a couple of hours earlier than the appointment time. In about an hour Sid cleaned the four rooms professionally. The smell was not offensive but clean and only lasted a few hours. This was our first time choosing Zerorez and I hope to work with them again in the future.

Our texh was amazing! He was kind the moment he walked in the door, did an amazing job on our floors that get a lot of use with three young boys making messes and two doodles running around the house. I wish we could request him by name next time. We’ll be back!
