We were very pleased with the quality of cleaning, our carpets and rugs looked great! I had some concerns with one area rug that had ripples on the edges and in the middle and wasn't laying flat, after the cleaning. I called and spoke to Danny about my concerns. He said that can happen, explained why, and said it should resolve in 3 days.

I worried for 3 days but it did resolve, my rug is fine! AND, Danny called to follow up and wanted to know if the rug had laid flat. I so appreciate that follow up call, it's what a good business would do and shows great customer service by taking the time to check back with me. Thank you, Danny. Excellent excellent. I had one bedroom carpet and two rugs cleaned by Joe at Zerorez. Really really good. He worked hard to get the stains out of the bedroom carpet but I have been impressed with how it's come out. Overall the service was very good. I'll definitely be calling on Zerorez again in the future.

Quite honestly, it is the friendliness of the associates, as it provides that much needed first impression when coming into the home. It seems as though the nature of the service lends itself to almost 100% efficiency, due to the fact that it's based upon either number of rooms, or room size. Not a lot of "room" for error here. Your trucks and equipment allow for flexibility in entering the home and thus make the effort most efficient. Good job! Jason was a pleasure to work with.
