The owner gave us his personal attention. He made sure each item was pretreated and done professionally. I saw the job 2 days( since I was out of town) later after the carpets dried and it definitely was a a great improvement from what other carpet cleaners did. I would highly recommend.

The technician was very friendly and professional. He explained the process to me and completed it within a reasonable amount of time. He indicated that the drying time would be 3-4 hours. However, it took 4 fans and a space heater 30 hours to dry. We panicked when we saw several waves in the carpet. He should advise that the cleaning could leave waves that will calm down after drying, which it did. There is one spot that appeared to come up but came back after it dried. The technician mentioned that was a possibility but he would come back and re-treat within 30 days. Other than that, once the carpet was dry we were pleased with the result.

The service representative (I wish I could remember his name!) was so nice and polite and very efficient. He even helped me move a heavy ottoman which I know he dint have to and I was very grateful. He also wasn’t pushy with the add-ons which I am VERY appreciative of because that is a big annoyance with me. And to top it off he was 30 minutes early! 5 stars!

Arrived early and began working immediately. Provided clear instructions on how to care for our couch and carpets after cleaning. They look and smell clean. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend.

My couch and area rug look much better. I am have a bit of trouble with the area rug rippling up at the edges due to the moisture from the cleaning. Not sure what to do about that. The tech said it would lay flat when dry but it’s been over 24 hours and the edges of the run are still wavy. But happy overall with the cleaning. Wish they would have sent me copies of the before and after photos they took. But would definitely recommend this service. The tech that showed up were polite and clean, and made sure that my house was back in order once they left. After some discussion, I also purchased the protection service as I have a small dog and want to keep my sofa as clean as possible. Little bit of a chemical smell, but I’m sure that will go away in a day or two. Overall great experience.
