I have had the service of Zerorez for carpet cleaning for a couple of decades. I learned that Ian does a tremendous job, is well versed in carpet cleaning, communicates with me about the job, and is trustworthy. I have never been disappointed.

They were very prompt to help me out. I had a special I heard from the radio station FM 100.3 and they did a great job. I asked if I could add more rooms and he was very happy to help and told me about the water proofing and other protections they have available. I was so pleased with all he did. It looks amazing and we are loving it. Thank you so much.

I appreciated the professional yet personal manner in which each member of the Zerorez staff treated us. Whether on the telephone (several times and not always the same person, although Jack was one I spoke to more than once) or the in-person team of Jose and Jeffrey (or, is it Geoffrey?) they were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to provide good service.

Jose was a top-notch service provider. He knew a great deal about what he was doing and explained things clearly. While he gave professional advice, he never "oversold" or pushed services or products. The team was efficient and effective in every respect.

While I am happy to "promote" Zerorez, I would rather do it myself than to have my/our names used publicly. You can be sure I will share my opinion of your service with others. In fact, I did so, today.
