The carpetsare clean. I usually go barefoot in the house. It's nice to feel the fibers between my toes again. The pet urine spots were treated. The carpeting didn't take long to dry. Nick was a very good at answering our questions. He also suggested other treatment plans if needed.

David was very courteous and did a wonderful job!!

He came within the predicted time and did a very good job getting the carpet super super clean.
The one problem was the phone number I was told to call, when I called it it came up a voicemail saying it was a scam and to hang up. I called it a few times more and then hung on and finally somebody answered the phone and said oh that’s something in your phone not us so anyway he came after I could clarify the time using that phone number.
