Technician was friendly and professional, carpet looks and smells great! But the vehicle the tech was driving that day dripped oil and made a mess on my driveway. It has not evaporated so it's not condensation from the A/C. I cleaned up a small puddle and it was a dark color with a semi thick consistency. This isn't the end of the world for me personally, but this could be an issue other places. Especially if the tech were to accidentally step in some and track it into someone's house.

This is the third time we have used Zerorez to clean our carpets and it was the best job to date. The person cleaning the carpets took his time and was verry professional. I belive his name was Ed, and I would recommend him to anyone.

My carpets are very clean, smell great, and all the pet stains are gone. We had some really set in stains in light colored carpets and now they look brand new! I wasn’t expecting it to look as good as it does! I have used other carpet cleaners before and there was an odd smell after they were done, but not with Zerorez, so that was a plus too!
