The technician, Jordan, was very thorough and professional. He did carpets, a couple recliner chairs, and took very good care of me. I had expressed concern about my hardwood floors and he took special care with blankets and corner guards to make sure everything was OK.

I’ve used Zerorez multiple times now, and they continue to exceed my expectations. My carpets look absolutely incredible—fresh, clean, and like new again without any harsh chemical smell. What really stood out this time was the technician. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. You can tell he takes pride in his work—he paid attention to detail and made sure every area was thoroughly cleaned.

The lack of soap left in my carpets and the floors dry fairly quickly
When they leave you are going to have clean dry carpets and that doesn’t happen with anyone else.
If you’re unhappy they are unhappy, and they don’t want anyone to be unhappy. They do it right and if not they will correct it.
