I was very happy with the whole process. Booking online is super simple and convenient. I received a call to reconfirm the day and time, which is appreciated. We were expecting inclement weather the day I scheduled but they reached out the day before to confirm a delay in arrival and then called to say they were on the way! The cleaning was well done. There were some serious stains that needed to be addressed and I was impressed with what they were able to accomplish-there are a few spots still but considering I have no idea how long they have been in the carpet, I’m not surprised. Everything was great!

Maurice was excellent: courteous, efficient, effective,. It is not took one hour to clean the carpets in our house. The drives in twelve hours so we could walk barefoot in the morning. This is our sixth year with Zetorez.

Super impressed with the professionalism of John Phelps the owner. My tile floor was discolored. I had used cleaning products that were not meant for my type of tile. I called the office and was able to secure an appointment the same week. In less that 2 hours my floor looked brand new. I was so happy with the results that I scheduled maintenance cleaning 6 months out. I also gave his name to two of my neighbors. He was also reasonably priced as well. This company is rated a 10 by me!!!
