Our technician was very polite and professional. He explained the process and what we needed to do post cleaning. He also reviewed the cost again and what's included prior to beginning the work. He kept us updated on how long it would take and approximately what time he would be finished. He did an excellent job!

The contractor was on time, and explained how he would be completing the cleaning thoroughly before beginning. He also offered additional products and services then was able to tell us how long approximately it would take to complete his work. The drying time was a bit longer than advertised but that was to be expected due to it being winter time, but he was candid about that too before beginning work. Overall the job was done well and our carpets feel clean!
