We had an awesome experience with Zerorez. On the day of my appointment, Justin called me to let me know he was 20 minutes away and asked if it was ok to head my way. When he arrived, Justin took his time thoroughly cleaning my couch and chair. Once he finished, my furniture, which was filthy from years of life and kids, looked brand new. The drying time wasn't too bad and I appreciated the great service I received. I would highly recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

Zero Rez does an excellent job with carpet cleaning. We have been using them for several years, and are always pleased with the consistency and outcome. This time our technician was Temari and he was especially outstanding, addressing a few problem areas and ensuring that he did everything to make our carpets clean again. Temari was great!!!
These guys are reliable, professional and thorough! I have used Zerorez time after time because they check all the boxes! With 3 dogs the carpets can get scary! Not only do they make the rugs look new, they eliminate the dog smells! Zerorez has my highest unequivocal recommendation!

Great customer service
The results are awesome. No chemicals, good for the environment. All the rugs dried quickly. John explained everything he was going to do, how it works and what to do to about drying the carpets. Check out process was easy. John was prompt, polite and appreciated our business. Highly recommend and will tell everyone to use y’all’s service.

Quick and no wet carpets.
The tech spent a few hours at my house and cleaned my basement carpet properly. My carpet looks and smells like new again. Drying time was only a few hours and my carpet wasn’t crunchy from detergent. The tech was passionate about doing a good job and he was very friendly.
