Scheduling was easy, response from Zerorez prompt and communication about my appointment was excellent. My service technician was on time, professional and did a great job. I am very pleased with the results and feel it was a good value for the carpet cleaning. Additionally, as you advertise, my carpet stays cleaner longer as there is no residue left behind. I have used Zerorez for years! Always great service and makes my old carpets fresh. Brian did an amazing and efficient job. He and the office were super helpful and sensitive to an u related issue that arose that morning. 10/10 for product & customer service!!

We like the Zerorez no-soap process, and especially like the fast-drying results. We try to be the first call of the day, and that way we can have all of the furniture returned by evening.

Professional and polite- hard working and did a great job

Our tech Rob was very professional and did a great job on my upholstery. My couch is older and I can’t expect too much- but he took his time and really made a difference! I always have a good experience with Zerorez but Rob’s service was over the top!
