The contractor was on time, and explained how he would be completing the cleaning thoroughly before beginning. He also offered additional products and services then was able to tell us how long approximately it would take to complete his work. The drying time was a bit longer than advertised but that was to be expected due to it being winter time, but he was candid about that too before beginning work. Overall the job was done well and our carpets feel clean!
