The Zerorez technicians always do a great job! We've used other carpet cleaning services in the past however now will only use Zerorez as not only do they make our carpets come out amazing, they communicate well about the timing and are always very nice.

I truly enjoyed my experience with Zerorez from start to finish. I found information on the website easily and was able to make reservations easily by calling the 1-800- number. On the day of the carpet cleaning, I got a call from the friendly service technician (Burg?) confirming he was on the way. When he arrived he was super professional and helpful- including talking with me very clearly about the specific needs in our home. He clearly laid out the options for deep cleaning and exactly how much they would cost. In fact, when there was a question about whether a carpet stain was dog urine or not, he actually got on the floor and SMELLED it to find out! Talk about dedication! haha. I really felt like he did his very best work and didn't rush through just to be done. At the end, our 15 year heavily stained carpet looked and smelled AMAZING. I love the cleanness of my carpets every time I have zerorez come. The workers are always so friendly and nice and hardworking and do a great job. I also love that there is no residue left after the cleaning. I’m always happy with the cleaning job!
The technician who came to my house was friendly and knowledgeable. I have an old dog who has accidents now a days so he was able to get various stains out and recommended products to help with her accidents. The rugs look amazing and smell great. I will definitely use them again and I'll always request for same technician!

The technician was knowledgible and accomplished the job in a timely manner. He was professional in appearance and answered all of our questions articulately. I was especially pleased that he was able to successfully remove a spot that had been resistant to treatment by the past two technicians.

Efficient and effective
Work was performed well. Carpets and rugs looked great. Only issue was that the van/truck leaked oil on the driveway and made a big oil spot.

Fast friendly
Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning. They use citrus based products and it doesn’t have a lot of odor. It just is fresh and clean. Derek that cleaned my carpets for the second time is super personable and conscientious. I like that the carpet feels brand new afterwards. No nasty residue or hardness. Highly recommended.

The Technician we had was on time , courteous and very efficient. We were very pleased with the cleaning, and will use them again if needed.
