The quality of cleaning products that actually cleans from the bottom up. My carpets don’t stay soggy, smelly or crunchy after cleaning like they are left by other companies. My carpets are currently over 10 yrs old but after Zerorez cleans them, they are brought back life.

The tech was superb. However, quote over the phone was not the same as tech on site. I paid extra to add one oversized room (20x20). Tech on site indicated the oversized room would not be included in 3 br/hallway plus oversize price. We discussed and ended up NOT doing carpet in one bedroom for the quote price. Hmmmmm...cannot give a 10 rating at this time.

Having had NUMEROUS people clean my carpets throughout my life-time, I know that not all carpet cleaning technicians or companies do a good - or even acceptable job. The results are impressive. As always zerorez came through for me. My old carpet 15 years held up to another cleaning. After 51 we are moving and we had zerorez come b4 new couple moved in. Super improvement. Plus always nice to move into a house with freshly cleaned carpet. I feel the fee was very reasonable . The tech great.

I had heard a lot about you from Tom Martino, Trouble Shooter, on the radio so I didn’t hesitate when I needed carpet cleaned. The woman I spoke to on the phone was nice and the gentleman who came out was wonderful. My rug and carpet looked like new! Would I tell others about zerorez! You bet! Would I call them again? In a New York minute!
