Your technician Phillip was very professional start to finish .
We were happy with the service and how the carpet looked when he was through. We were caught off guard the we would be made to pay for his gas to get here and when my wife paid it asked for a tip. A tip is for a good job but I like to give a tip and not be kind of forced into it. He should be getting paid well enough you would not ask for an additional tip but would leave it up to the customer.

I like the fact that you don’t get the carpet real wet. It gets up the stains. It drives within about three hours and after you’re finished, it really looks good.

I am grateful. I only wish that the rug was gone over a bit more where there was traffic as I still see the dirt and I was disapppointed. However, again, I am grateful. I was at work but my husband said the men were here and gone in 45 minutes. So, it was not a difficult job, for sure.
