Connor, the technician, did a good job cleaning the rugs. These rugs were older and had been around the block a few times. There were a few spots where stains persisted. Connor told me that these stains were probably due to furniture being put down too soon, furniture stain seeped into rug. I really appreciated the professional manner that Connor had cleaning the rugs and advising me where the results were not going to be perfect.

It was extremely easy to book an appointment with Zeroez with very little wait time for service . My technician arrived in the time frame appointed with him calling beforehand to inform me of his arrival. Upon his arrival he was dressed professionally, he was very courteous and preformed his job exceptionally well. I had 3 bedrooms and a large living area of carpets cleaned. The pricing was honest, NO HARSH CHEMICAL SMELLS, the dry time of carpets minimal.
