Your technicians are excellent, like Jonathon. Their training is obviously very good.
Quite honestly my technician was great and so were previous times that I’ve used the service. However, this time there were just some stains that wouldn’t come out needed heavy duty chemicals and unfortunately, some of the issues got spread around and were made worse. I don’t blame the technician just perhaps the process if I could get a discount or a partial refund, I probably would ask for it, but I have been happy with them in the past for general cleaning. I would definitely recommend them.

on time -- kept up to date on appointment via text and or email --!was called 30 minutes before appointment by tech to verify appointment -- everyone professional, curious was a 2 hr appointment that closed almost exactly at the 2 hour mark -- will be using them again
I have used Zerorez many times in the past and have found the work satisfactory for my older carpet. the service last year wasn't as good as previous yrs. This year I thought about trying another company but decided to give Zerorez one more chance. I'm glad I did because you sent Jose to do the job. Right from the beginning he listened to why I hesitated to use Zerorez because my carpets didn't look clean. He pretreated and then brought out a carpet scrubber which I had never seen before, although he says it's been in use for several years. He scrubbed the entire surface with that before using the wand. I believe the scrubber made all the difference. My carpets are cleaner than they have been for years and I'm very happy with Jose. You should also know he upsold me on cleaning my area rug as well. And he explained what to use on small stains in the future so there would be no residue. Jose is a good salesman and worker for your company, He was fast but thorough and careful. I WILL ONLY ask for Jose again in the future, like next year.
