The gentleman who came out to clean our area rugs name was Bradley and he was AMAZING. Super knowledgeable and very very kind. He was fast a efficient in cleaning our space and even explained his process while he worked. He answered all the questions we had and made our rug look brand new again. our shaggy rug was looking a little bit worn, old and we have dogs so it had dog hair and other fuzz all over it, when he was done I couldn't find a single piece of dog hair and the color was brought back to life. It also smelled amazing! I will recommend Zerorez and Bradley to everyone I know! Thank you Zerorez!

First off, it’s the people—Mario and his associate were courteous, polite, and respectful while working on our property.

Second, the service was amazing! Eleven years of wear and tear were completely cleaned away.

Third, the water—I even bought some for personal use around the house and for cleaning my kids' hockey gear. It really works!

I had Zerorez do my rugs and couches a few years ago, and they did a great job. So when I moved again, I had them back to do ALL my rugs and two sofas. This time, there were some issues when my sofa dried—some streaking and water spotting. They came back for a follow-up visit and made them perfect for no charge. This is a good company that stands behind its work.
