Cleaning equipment leaves carpet dryer than other services used in the past before starting to use Zerorez. Technician inspected areas to be cleaned and explained outcome of cleaning to be expected, particularly pet cleanup. Repeat visit by technician seemed like welcoming a friend not seen in a while. Courteous cleaner

The techs were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They arrived early and worked efficiently. We had two dogs crated in one room; the techs worked quickly to get in and out of that room so as to not stress our pets. They cleaned up after themselves and the checkout process was smooth.

Good quality and professional service! Daniel did an amazing job cleaning my furniture and area rug! The furniture looked brand new when he was done! I would definitely recommend Zerorez and Daniel again for anyone and will be using them again myself!

Service technician was amazing! Super polite, efficient and knowledgeable.

The equipment is new, and the service guys are friendly and knowledgeable and show up on time. My only issue is that in addition to having my carpets cleaned, I had my 3-cushion couch cleaned, and the tech put the cushions back on the couch when they were wet. He should have left then out to dry. When I removed them, the couch frame under the cushions was wet. It could have gotten moldy.

I do like the "no soap" solution for which I am told by the carpet seller is what's best. Your response time is good and your technicians are not only knowledgeable but also pleasant and caring. I have used you for my rental a few times now, and have been pleased even if it didn't take the stains out.

I love that there is no soap residue after carpet cleaning. The cleaner never leaves the carpet so wet that it doesn’t dry.
