The service man was a hard worker and pleasant to talk with; explaining things and answering all questions. The only ding I would give is I noticed he stopped and checked his phone three or four times. That's a sign of the times they say. He did a good job.

After not adding a few area rugs on the ticket, I went back to look at the prices and the rugs would cost more to do than the original visit.
