Zerorez's rep showed up promptly, was friendly but business-like, inspected the carpeting to be cleaned, made me aware of other services Zerorez could provide, and proceeded to cleaning. the carpeting looked great when he was finished.

All technicians are fully trained, and pay close attention to detail. I can always count on them to bring anything out of the ordinary (cleaning) to my attention. I appreciate the customer service and the total professionalism of those I entrust my home to.

Jarrett did a great job cleaning our carpets. This is the second time we have had Jarrett clean our carpets and definitely plan to use him again. Carpets are noticeably cleaner with a pleasant smell and dried very fast.
