John the company owner and his wife Savannah we're very pleasant to work with. They were always prompt and gave you a heads up phone call prior to arriving. His helper which I apologize I forgot his name was a very nice gentleman as well the two of them were very professional came in did their job excellently, carpet looks great. He stated some areas may not come up because of the walkways. But in the end he was able to get it all, they were able to come in and get my three bedroom two bath home done in approximately our hour hour and 20 minutes. As a reminder to some folks out there because I remember it when I was a contractor in the '90s. You're not paying for the time they're at your house, you're paying for the professional attitude and job that they do. Great company highly recommend you give him a call with any of your flooring concerns

The techs are always very courteous and knowledgeable. The products are great and I really like how they don't leave residue and sanitize my floors. I was not pleased and very disappointed at the price of cleaning the area rug. I will not be asking for that service again unless the price changes.
