I didn't ask if you move furniture. The tech said no. We have a small light coat rack he would not touch. Tech didn't clean up close to the wall so my husband asked him to redo. As far as cleaning the carpet your company get it much cleaner than any other company. We have every small rooms and with you not moving the furniture, the tech had very little to clean. I feel like we paid too much for the areas he cleaned. I would have to think about the price for such a small area before I paid that price again. I gave him a $20 tip before my husband said the areas around the walls were dry. I would recommend the company for getting the carpet cleaned, but not moving the furniture is rare and one tech. One tech has never come with other companies. Hope this helps

Made our old grimy carpet look good again. Stains that I thought were permanent were removed with no trace. The tech arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and the job took only as long as he said it would. I'm very pleased with the result.
