We had our air vents cleaned. D and T technicians did a thorough job. Their professional advice helped in reallocating our funds to focus on the downstairs unit and installed a UV light to prevent bacteria in the future.

Tristen communicated well, keeping us up to date on arrival time. He was professional and patiently listened during pre-walkthrough. He offered suggestions for additional treatments without pressure to purchase/ upsell and explained in more detail what each involved so I could make an informed decision, which I appreciated. He kept me informed throughout his work and included me and decision making for trouble areas. I appreciated how he asked me to look through all areas before he packed up, which made me feel unrushed, and like I could point out areas to redo. No areas needed redone, and he was able to get out stains that had been there for 10 years! This was our second cleaning with zerorez and I will definitely have them back!

The technician was friendly and thorough. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the spots in the travel area seemed to have come out when carpet was wet, but as it dried they returned. Maybe should have used some better spot remover.

Love that when you clean, there's no residue to re-attract stains. That's huge. We have our house done and our business too. Decided to have the residence service system at our business this time because we have a Great Dane puppy in training. Worked out great!
