Clean rugs. However 8 by 11 rug was moved by carpet cleaner only 6 inches but not returned to previous position. It was hard for 80 years to pull it back. He needed to remember that he initiated moving it.
Also large stains on driveway from a leaking van the largest 12 to 15 inches a noticeable. Check your vehicle.

Showed up on time. Got right to work. Did a great job.
Zach, the technician, called when he was 30 mins out just like I was told. He was efficient and informed of everything he was going to do. I asked him to go over the traffic areas a couple times and assured he would get those areas good. He was done in about 40 mins and my carpets looked great!! Very pleased with the service and the outcome!!
