Kyle, our technician was professional throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend Zerorez to clean your carpets and floors. The communication with Brittany who scheduled our appointment and the texts letting you know when the tech would arrive on the day of the service were very helpful and appreciated. Kyle treated our home with care, wore booties, put up guards to protect the corners from the hose and left our carpets and floors looking sparkling clean and knowing it is done without chemicals gives us peace of mind for our pets.

Service person Dodger was pleasant on time and knowledgeable. He did a great job and asked me when he was finished if I was satisfied on how the carpet looked. It was great even in the highest traffic areas. The carpet was not saturated and dried quickly.

ZeroRez truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service I received from them. They come out cleaned the carpet a couple weeks ago, a spot was missed or maybe it returned just a day or 2 later. ( we hadn’t actually moved in at that time so not entirely sure). They immediately sent the technician back out to address the issues . He was polite, stayed in contact, and on time both times. ZeroRez stands behind their name. Definitely recommend!
