We were very happy with the service we received from Zerorez. Also, very happy that they took our 10'x7' rug back with them to the shop to immerse the rug to remove pet stains/odors.

The tile groat cleaning was perfect

I like being able to get an appointment rather quickly. I like that the carpeted areas dry rather quickly, and they are left soft. I like the service Thomas provided both times. I would like to see stairs be counted as a room v. $5.00 per step.
