Technician did outstanding job from calling to advise enroute to explaining steps and pricing before starting. Took time to understand each carpet type, e.g. wool vs poly before applications. Meticulously executed each step. We've used Zerorez for almost 20 years and this is why!

I had price upfront that fit when the technician got here. The sales person said if there were other things I wanted it done, the technician one priced them at that time.
