Zac did a good job with the cleaning we needed, which included carpeting, an area rug, a runner rug, a kitchen chair (upholstered) and our kitty's loveseat. Some big challenges due to Kitty's illness, and Zac seemed to get them all taken care of. I've been using ZeroRez for a number of years, both in my own house and my mother's home when she was still there. I was always happy with the end result.
Cleaner (I forget his name) was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and very personable. The carpets look great. He took extra care on a spot in our living room. I will recommend Zerorez to my friends.
