I was very pleased with the results of the cleaning that was done in my home this week. The technician was genuinely concerned with doing a good job. The result was impressive.

Carpets look great, efficient technician. Scheduling has been late at every appt due to over scheduling routes.

We have several rental houses in the area, and have come to rely on Zerorez for our between-tenant carpet cleaning. If Zerorez cant't get that stink out of the carpet...replace the carpet. And they are not cost prohibitive. We have used their service several times, and will continue to do so... Thank you Zerorez!

This was my first time using Zerorez. My daughter has used them for years. The technician who came to the house was very professional and thorough. What I liked best was the cleaning process. My carpets were not saturated with water. They were sprayed
with a cleaning solution and then brushed and vacuumed. Our home has white carpeting and it cleaned beautifully. They also cleaned a 5x7 area rug and special treated some pet stains. I will definitely use them again.

Technician was very friendly, checked out the bedrooms before cleaning and keep us in the loop during the process. Cleaning was done in a timely manner manner and it dried in 4 or 5 hours
