Zero rez employees are thorough, always recommending a product and explaining the process. Not overly pushy if I decline extra services.
It was quick and the carpet ended up looking like whole new carpet. The stains were all gone and it smelled fresh. I also liked the fact that zerorez doesn’t use any harmful chemicals. The price was reasonable as well!
