The tech did a really good job. He listened to my concerns and addressed them in his cleaning process. He adhered to the 3 P's--Prompt Personable Professional. My carpet looks good and I especially liked the use of corner guards so the walls and baseboards on the corners of the rooms being cleaned were not "rubbed" or scratched. Super nice touch! Overall it was a good job! The only reason I didn't give a 10 was it was a bit pricey. I didn't object to the quote because I thought the price would be adjusted down once they could see how small the area to be cleaned actually was, but that possibility was never mentioned.

Rickey arrived and immediately got to work cleaning carpet in the whole house, and he updated me often. I was AMAZED how he removed some deep soiled spots that have been in the carpet for years. The house looks and smells amazing. Ask for him, he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable!
We really liked our tech, Jordan. He was informative and did a great job. The only thing we wondered about was the thoroughness of the cleaning. I had to spot clean an area this morning and the water was quite dirty.
The service men are always polite, and they are good at spotting stains to pretreat before cleaning the carpet. I like how fast the carpet dries compared to the competition. Also, glad you do not use chemicals.
The ZeroRez technician, Grant, arrived on time and was courteous and efficient. He even gave us an advance call to let us know what time he would be arriving. He thoroughly cleaned our carpets and even got out some stubborn stains. He moved several pieces of moveable heavy furniture to clean under them. We appreciate what a great job Grant did, we’d recommend ZeroRez to our friends and neighbors.

The Technician that performed my carpet cleaning did a fantastic job. I had tough stains that he worked very hard to remove and was successful. I had a ton of questions and he patiently and politely answered all. He worked fast but conscientiously, seemed to have an approach to getting it done right. I love that he finished with a clean swiffer to remove any water that went onto my hard wood floors. I'm very pleased with the results!
Moreno was very professional, informative, and friendly. He worked very hard to clean our carpets. He said that he liked a challenge, when he saw the stains on our carpet. I appreciated his optimism.
