We were able to schedule online and able to get service within 2 days. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that came to clean our carpet. We also like the product they use to clean.

He did a great job in spite of having some equipment problems. He had to wait to finish the job while another van came so he could finish the job. Carpet dried within 24 hours but steps were damp yet this morning. Not real fond of scent left after the job was done. Little overwhelming.

Customer service is impeccable and your agents show up on time and are professional. Dylan deserves 5 stars. Although for some reason I may have to send my rug to the factory. It’s a 5x7 and one small stain about a quarter size in bedroom is still discolored.
