Recently, our dog was very sick, and threw up and urinated all over the living room and hallway carpet. Even though I tried to treat the spots and stains with a enzyme cleaner, the spots were not coming up. Jeff worked very hard to get the 30 year old cream colored carpet as clean as he could. I like that you don't use chemicals. I loved the corner guards and the fact that your technicians bring fans and use them on the areas that have been cleaned while proceeding to clean other areas. This helps expedite drying time after the technician has completed the cleaning and leaves.

Cleaning went well except I think carpet cleaner could have spent a little more time on some of the dirtier areas. Seemed to rush through it since he was only hear around 30 to 35 minutes
