Nate and Sam were great! They arrived on time, professional, explained the process and answered all my questions - then went right to work! Had our master bedroom and computer room carpet cleaned; now looks bright and fresh! Also had the kitchen tile cleaned. They had me check the results and redid a few areas in the kitchen that I felt needed a little more attention. They wanted to be sure that I was satisfied and happy...and I am! Thank you both.

I was amazed how clean the grout on my tile was when she was thru. Also the carpets looked like new, though 15 years old. Had the service done just prior to moving. I believe this will help our house sell!!!

We have used Zerorez for 10 years and still have original carpet upstairs from a home built in 2005. Other than our pets the carpets have looked nice and stayed clean.

My early morning carpet cleaning was cancelled the morning of the cleaning due to illness of the cleaning crew . I was given a call and was informed it would have to be delayed by a day. I was offered a generous discount for the inconvenience, this was something I did not request, but was offered by the company. The gentleman that provided the cleaning service was very courteous and did an excellent job on my living room carpet and stairs. This carpet is 20 years old and was in terrible shape. It has been cleaned many times over the years, but never like this cleaning. Never thought it could look as good as it does today. It hasn't looked this good since it was installed. The local owner surely takes pride in the Zerorez name, and appreciates his customers. Will never use a different service for this type of work in the future. If there was a rating of 1 to 10, I'd give them a 20.
Polite, easy to work with, easy to schedule with, arrived when they said they would, we finalized exactly what they would do when they arrived, and they did a great job on the whole project, (area rugs, carpets, four chairs) that was quoted. l I would highly recommend this business!
