This service was great. It only took an hour. The men were very polite very friendly. Very nice. Talkative went straight to work and I was very impressed when they were done. I couldn't believe it. I was shocked. This carpet's 14 years old had a lot of spills on it. Food on it. It came out very nice. My stairs came out really nice.

Zerores employees are always professional and friendly and I feel very comfortable with them in my home. They answer any questions and offer other services and products but are no pushy. I love the plastic "corner protectors" they put on the walls to protect from the hoses. My carpets look amazing and spots rarely come back.

Our technician was amazing, from the moment I met him! He was so honest with me about what our carpets did and didn't need. He very friendly and kind and I felt comfortable immediately having him in my home. He did the work efficiently and it was so beyond what I expected! Between a dog and kids, our carpets were awful but they look amazing now!! I will never use anyone other that Zerorez again
