BRAIDEN was the technician who steam cleaned my tile floors. He did an amazing job. The tile looks as tough it is a shade lighter. More importantly he cared about doing a great job! He communicated with me, was respectful, helpful and knowledgeable.

I know others are wanting to have their floors cleaned in the next few months and I have already contacted them and told them to request Braiden. I will soon be having my carpets cleaned and I will request hm as well.

Good technicians did a thorough job

Our carpet is old and needs to be replaced. Until that is done, Zerorez keeps it as clean and odor-free as possible. We do not have pets but babysit dogs and your services help us get through to replacement. The cost is very reasonable.

Had my ducts and dryer vent cleaned. The men who did this work were vey prompt and friendly. They explained every step of the process.

The next day I had some of my carpet cleaned. Again the young man was very efficient and explained everything that he did and what I should do to let the carpet dry.

My carpet was so clean after the service was done. He was very professional and kind. The only thing that I didn’t know prior to the service date was that I need to vacuum my carpet. But other than that, I am quite satisfied.

On 8/14 Casey and Dallas came out to clean my carpets. They did a great job on the whole house and worked on two tough red stains in the basement (one small and one the size of a beach ball). When they left, everything looked good. However, once the carpet dried, I noticed the smaller stain was gone, but the larger one looked lighter yet had spread out and was even more noticeable.

I called the next morning, and without hesitation, Zerorez scheduled another appointment to make it right. On 8/16 Greg and Juan came out, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained how difficult red stains can be. They were determined to get it out—and within 20 minutes, the stain was completely gone! My 3-year-old carpet now looks brand new again.

I truly appreciate how Zerorez stood behind their work and made sure I was completely satisfied. Greg and Juan even reminded me to call back if the stain resurfaced after drying. It’s now been two days, and I’m thrilled to report the carpet looks beautiful.
