ZeroRez is an amazing product. I have a rug in my family room ( where we live most of the time) that acquired a massive oil stain. We cleaned it up the best we could with carpet stain removers and it was OK for awhile but with all the foot traffic the oil left in the carpet really attracted the dirt so it was time to get all my carpets cleaned by a professional. I've been loyal to ZeroRez for many years and as always it paid off. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the tech, Giovanni, let me know when he was on his way and was very professional and courteous. He explained his process and when I asked if he could get the big oil stain out he just said "I'll do my best", good answer. Well, I wish you could take a look at the before and after pictures! What a difference! I continue to be sold on the "no-soap ZeroRez system.😁

Cons: The speed that my carpets were cleaned made me contemplate if this was truly thorough and effective as not sure if it was a rush job?
Cons: The fact that you charge more to clean one sofa or rug than to clean all the carpet in the whole house.
Per your technician, the special of $119 that I received was for 4 rooms and a hallway but I only had 3 rooms and a hallway so no conceasion was given to clean a rug or two!
But overall, I was very happy with the service and the technician.
Brandon did a great job cleaning our heat ducts. Very professional and explained each step in the process. He wore booties to protect our floors while in the house. We feel like our furnace or running quieter and pushing more air as well. Very pleased with the work.
