Dalton did a great job and he was polite, pleasant, professional and efficient! I had previously used Stanley Steemer and they did a poor job on my tile after many years of good service on upholstery and carpets so I fired them. I use amy carpet shampooer a lot , but I am using a cleaning solution , so it's nice to have zerorez come in and clean out the soap residue!
