I had previously used Stanley Steemer and they did a poor job on my tile after many years of good service on upholstery and carpets so I fired them. I was very pleased with the Zerorez results for my carpet cleaning. I will definitely use them again and ask for Dalton!

I use amy carpet shampooer a lot , but I am using a cleaning solution , so it's nice to have zerorez come in and clean out the soap residue!
