I am so pleased with the job done by Grant! He called when he was on the way to the house and explained what the process. Since I wasn't going to be there, he called once he got there and had evaluated the carpet. When the job was complete, he let me know and asked me to follow up once I was able to go and inspect the house. It turned out so well! I had been worried that we might have to replace the carpet upstairs in order to put the house on the market but thankfully we don't as the carpet looks practically new.

Little disappointed this go around only because my carperts were wet for over a week, even with fans on. That doesnt usually happen. And they were left kinda crusty.

Two young men showed up to do this job. One of them was in training. Both of them were courteous and helpful. They did a great job. This was my 5th experience with Zerorez. My carpets came out amazingly clean each time. I would not hesitate to refer this company.

Owen was first rate! He introduced himself right away and shook my hand. Very uncommon these days. He was very professional, respectful, and explained EVERYTHING he did and why. He was meticulous and very thorough. I cannot say enough about this young man. He was amazing!
