Having our rugs cleaning professionally was tough decision. One because our rooms are large, two because our rooms have rather large furniture heavy furniture and lastly, we aren’t as young as we used to be and moving furniture is not easy for us. Having said all of that, we prepped each room and were excited about having clean carpet. The technician suggested prepping the carpet with a pet cleaner which we agreed to since we knew there were pet stains although we also considered it an up-sale ploy. Jose said he was giving us a discount, so we said yes. After all is said and done, our 15 yr old carpet definitely looks better than before Zerorez cleaned them. Yes, we’d have them back especially when they are having specials on their services.

My technician Corey was phenomenal! He explained all of the services before he started, took his time with the cleaning and gave me time to take a look at everything before he left. He was very professional and did a great job with the cleaning.

My carpet looked brand new afterwards! And it didn’t take too long to dry. I appreciated that he put fans out while he was finishing the cleaning which I think helped expedite the drying process.
