Quality cleaning and service technician was professional

Our carpets come out looking amazing! Sal is the best! He’s done our carpets for several years now.

Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. They did a really good job.

Person cleaning my rugs worked hard and efficiently.
Home is now fresher.
I did note that there were a couple of black marks on
baseboard moulding.
Otherwise very nice.

Lloyd contacted me by phone to let me know that he was coming in 18 minutes. He arrived well within that time. He was very polite and cordial. He answered my questions concerning the cleaning process and gave me a more detailed explanation of how even the equipment worked. I appreciated the fact that he would not be using our water spicket and toilet to dispose of the gray water. Zero Rez did a great, refreshing job for our carpeted areas. Fluffed up the fibers and made the tracked down areas better.

friendly
