This was a great experience! Our carpets were pretty dirty from shoes and had some stains from our dog but the carpet came out great! We were mostly focused on getting the smell out and our carpets are super old, so there’s really only so much one can do but we thought they came out great! I believe our technician was named Azael and he was very friendly, respectful, and got the job done quick. Would hire them again!

Everything was great, the technician was friendly, professional, respectful and made sure eI was happy with the work. Only thing I do not like about the service is our carpet "feels" crusty. I am sure this is somewhat normal, but when we have had the carpets cleaned by other companies this has not been the case. I know that it will go away after a few days, simply making a statement.
