Great job from Zerorez. My carpets are older but cleaned up pretty good. Brandon worked his magic on a few stained areas and our hall traffic pattern. Also was able to freshen up our ottoman.
One thing I like is that they dont use a lot of chemicals in their treatment. Would definitely use again.

The cleaning products really work very well. Our carpets were so, so stained in some areas from 10 years of traffic and dogs. Now, they look practically new. Colby our tech was amazing, so professional and thorough.

Bill and his team were fabulous. We had the carpet cleaned where there was a pet "issue" that needed cleaning on Tuesday. We felt it still had an odor and needed additional cleaning, and Zerorez worked to find a time the next day to retreat it. They were able to send Bill, though gave us a late window of time. Bill, however, called early in the day to let us know he was running ahead of schedule. We could not get home immediately, but he kindly waited until we could get home, with no pressure or sense of rush from him. He treated the area another three times to ensure it was taken care of. He and his team were professional, thorough, timely and so very nice. We will definitely request him in the future.
