Sam was very thorough in inspecting the carpet and provided clear, honest recommendations on which areas truly needed cleaning and which did not. His detailed assessment helped me make an informed decision about the services I actually needed, without paying for unnecessary work. He even demonstreted on a small patch of carpet and only when I was happy with the resutls . He proceeded with the work reuest. I really appreciated his professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail.

I feel like the carpets and tile got a very good clean! The staff was very knowledgeable as well. The only reason they got a 9 was because the hoses/equipment left a lot of marking on our floors and I had to wash all of them after they left.

I absolutely love this company! They have been to our home twice already this year, and I will continue using them at least three times a year. With a pet, three young children, and my need to keep everything extremely clean, our carpets are constantly being put to the test. My children are adorable during the day, but somehow turn into little gremlins at night who spill everything imaginable!

The technician who came to our home was amazing. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made our carpets look incredible. He also applied a special protectant that makes spills and stains much easier to remove. I was told it is the same type of product used on airplanes and that very few carpet-cleaning companies offer it.

Since having it applied, my kids have spilled numerous things on their carpets, and the stains have come out every time. That alone has saved me so much stress and probably saved us from eventually having to replace the carpet.

Their prices are affordable, the results are fantastic, and the service is exceptional. If you have children, pets, or simply want your carpets to stay looking beautiful, this company is absolutely worth calling. I recommend them without hesitation!

The carpets were nicely cleaned and the amount of time that it took for the carpets to dry was only 5 to 6 hours. The carpet has a nice fresh look .

My technician, Jorge, had quite a task! My carpeting and furniture had not been cleaned for several years and so sorely needed it!

We initially did a walk-thru so he could get a general idea of what had been done in the past then he went to work and periodically conferred with me as to what he had done and to show me the results of his efforts.

When he was finished, we discussed various options relating to cleanings in future visits but there was never any pressure that I needed to sign or commit to anything that day.

Jorge was very professional and congenial - he was a pleasure to work with.
