Patty was on time, called before arriving and did a great job of cleaning the carpets. She also asked if there was anything else that we needed or had questions.

Appreciated how quickly I was able to schedule the work. The person doing the work called before arriving and gave me a good idea of what he would do. It was a sectional couch cleaning we needed. He was courteous and did the job in about an hour. He worked efficiently and the results were great.
We'd used Zerorez a year or so ago for carpet and tile cleaning and were happy then and are happy now.

I liked that no hard chemicals were used on my carpeting. Fernando was great and did an amazing job cleaning up many spill spots of coffee, dirt tracking, and pet problems.

Your carpet tech was right on time and did a great job. The 240 degree water to the wand really got the job done.

Excellent work

The tech was friendly and on time. It did take about 5 hours for our carpets to dry, which was about double from the last time we used ZeroRez.
We will use them again, but suggest maybe using less water.
