I love Zerorez. We have used them in the past and with other the past and have always been very pleased. Some stains would not come out and they explained that. Urine stains are hard to get out with store bought material. The smell always returned. With their treatment, the odor is eliminated from the pad also. Would recommend them. Explain what your stain is, if you know, so they can work on it or tell you wht not.
Very professional, they arrive when they say they will, we didn’t have to wait for the appointment and the outcome was beautiful.
