Very good process of cleaning carpets. Pre-treatment spray has a pleasant enough odor. No chemical smell after cleaning. Technician Ryan was very enthusiastic, passionate about his job and pleasant to work with.

It is easy to schedule, service employees are prompt, the job is done well. We had one small spot that was wet with too much water, and after a phone call, it was fixed immediately. Brandon M. and Owen were very pleasant employees.

They do excellent work. Carpet looks brand new and they’re in and out in a jiffy.

There was no strong smell during the cleaning or right after like with other compaines. and its been over a month now since our cleaning with no quick return of the retained dog smell like happened with the other cleaners. There's just nothing and its wonderful. Even though the carpet is quite old, it still feels soft to bare feet even a month after cleaning. A++++
