I like the fact that you use electrified water. No carpet shampoo. Job is done thoroughly and done quickly. We have cats so Valentino went around my rooms with the black light with me to identify trouble spots. Some were located behind a sofa that we were not planning to move. During his cleaning Valentino moved the sofa so he could shampoo behind and underneath it. Wonderful job!

Castor was my technician and he was AMAZING! He was communicative before the appt through the moment left. He sold the product really well to me and even sold me an up charge because he just did such a great job explaining and communicating his thoughts and ideas for our specific needs. His personality was so great and friendly and he was very enthusiastic about his job, which you just don’t see very much. He made the whole experience really enjoyable.
