The service is great. The gentlemen that deliver and swap out the bottles are always kind and considerate when they come. We wish the bottles were easier to open is the only change we would like to see.

Water softener & reverse osmosis system are reliable. With yearly maintenance we are in good shape! The reverse osmosis system is great! Water is super fresh! The water softener system is great too… our showers - we feel clean & our laundry/dishes etc are all clean too.
