I had Culligan service come out today, and the gentleman named Will was very polite fixed my problem checked all the under the sink filters replaced and checked my water to make sure it was still goo. Went to basement and checked water softener Also the computer system the water tank softener cleaned and fixed. Everything set it up for me to have it running properly. He was very nice very educational and he helped me understand what does this and what does just wonderful service he was excellent. I have been a Culligan customer for 21 years. I have salt delivered every month and I've never had any problems my delivery person Shaun is very kind, courteous and respectful. I appreciate the fact he calls me everytime I'm supposed to get a delivery to make sure i need salt before my delivery date and I really appreciate that. I hope he remains my service man for the duration of the time I use Culligan products.

Professional support when needed
We love the 3 systems we have to improve the water from our well! The only negative thing I have to say is re some confusion re payment. Culligan took our credit card prior to the service call as a standard practice but the tech also asked for a check at the conclusion of the service call. Our credit card was charged (which is fine) - we just don’t want the check to be cashed too.
